New Tutorial : Debugging Multithreaded Applications in NetBeans

posted Thursday, 27 November 2008
There is a new article, Debugging Multithreaded Applications in NetBeans IDE, which describes how to use the Debugging window in NetBeans IDE 6.5 to debug multithreaded applications. The tutorial also demonstrate how to use the IDE to detect deadlocks in an application.  The Debugging window makes the debugging process much easier, by providing  one window of  information about debugging sessions, application threads and thread call stacks. The Debugging window enables you to easily see the status of application threads and suspend and resume any of the threads in the session.  This tutorial uses two sample projects to demonstrate how to work with the Debugging window.
