NetBeans IDE 4.1 Release Candidate Now Available

IDE 4.1 Release Candidate (RC) has now been released (info thanks to Roumen's blog). There
are so many new features and performance gains - you should check it
out here.

notes to find out some more details. There is a nice and very
visual NetBeans IDE 4.1 Quick Start
Guide for J2EE Applications. NetBeans has transformed
itself - the NetBeans team has built the a great IDE with an
incomparable out-of-the-box experience. To do simple editing of
an XML file, J2EE web apps, GUI building, profiling of your application
or build a mobile application you don't need to perform an easter egg
hunt - everything is there. You can checkout the new splashscreen
below - very cool (select it to go to download area) :
