Happy Lunar New Year! We Are Now in the Year of the Rat

Happy Lunar New Year. We are now in the first year of a twelve year cycle that repeats. We are in the Year of the Rat (some believe we are in the year of the Mouse because it is written the same way in Chinese). Unlike the western view of rats, the rat in Chinese traditional thought, brought material prosperity and was a protector. Happy New Year.
