Fresh Bits : F3 - new GUI-oriented scripting language, Shoal and Grails

> F3, is a new language that Chris Oliver has been working on.  It leverages HTML and Swing and is described as a declarative scripting language.  F3 already has plugins for NetBeans and Eclipse and will according to Chris, be open-sourced shortly.  You can see the language and some of what it can do at Chris' blog. >

> The code for Dynamic Clustering for GlassFish, Shoal,  is now available.  An introduction to Project Shoal can be found here.  Shoal's goal is to produce a Java-based dynamic clustering framework that can be plugged into any product requiring clustering functionality as an in-process component.

> Grails version 0.3.1 has been released and is now available and is the current stable release of Grails.
